A private, confidential consultation on your goals, budget, timeframe and tax position, to establish whether there is a fit on both sides.
Strategy
We agree what the capital is for (income, growth, preservation or a home) and set the criteria every option has to meet.
Shortlist and rationale
A small number of options, each with a written assessment against our three tests and a full cost sheet.
Reservation and due diligence
We secure the allocation, review the sale agreement and payment plan with you, and coordinate with your lawyer.
Handover and beyond
Snagging, leasing and management introductions, and a regular review of when to hold and when to sell.
